ORBIS TEAM COMPLETES THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE

James Grenfell and Craig Nash of Orbis Partners have successfully completed the Three Peaks Challenge.

The challenge, to climb the highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland in a 24 hour period, involves climbing over 11,000ft.

Walking with a team from investee company Homebuy, James & Craig began the climb of Snowdon shortly before 8am on Friday morning, completing the descent of Ben Nevis just after 10am on Saturday.

The team successfully completed the climbing almost an hour under the 14 hours required, but poor traffic conditions between North Wales and the Lake District meant that the 24 hour target was out of reach.

The team has raised almost £4,000 for Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey Hospital and Cerebral Palsy Midlands.

A big thank you to everyone who has sponsored. Anyone who would like to add to the total, please visit the just giving page at http://www.justgiving.com/homebuy3peakschallenge
