Y FACTOR - JAMES KEEPS HIS HAT ON

Y FACTOR - JAMES KEEPS HIS HAT ON

The Midlands corporate finance community got together for an X Factor-style singer event in aid of Mencap held at The Jam House in Birmingham.

The event was won by Kerry Swain of Endless with an excellent  rendition of 'Nine to Five' with Chris Loughran of Deloitte coming second with 'Everlasting Love'.  Orbis's James Grenfell managed a highly respectable third place with an enthusiastic version of 'Keep Your Hat On'. Everyone was relieved that he did indeed 'keep his hat on' but who knows that winning spot might have been his had he not!

The evening raised more than £40000 for Mencap who work in partnership with people with learning disabilities. Please visit their website for further details of this very worthwhile charity www.mencap.org.uk

Congratulations to everyone who took part on an excellent evening's entertainment.
