INTRINSIC EQUITY INVESTS IN STORM GAMING TECHNOLOGY

Intrinsic Equity today announce an investment in Telford-based Storm Gaming Technology to further the development of the Storm Gaming portfolio and help the business deliver their ambitious strategic plan.


Storm Gaming Technology is an independent manufacturer of digital land-based gaming solutions, supplying fully compliant gaming platforms to operators in the UK, Spain, Holland, Belgium and Croatia, with around 5,000 digital products installed across the pub, bar, club and arcade sectors.


Intrinsic Equity join the strong ownership group made up of CEO and founder of Storm, Richard Sheldon, industry veteran Steve Murray and Sportingbet founder Mark Blandford.


As part of the investment James Grenfell, principal at Intrinsic Equity and a Senior Partner at Orbis Partners, will join the Storm board. James has been involved in the gaming supply sector since the earliest days of Games Media almost 15 years ago and has most recently advised on the sale of CORE Gaming to Sky Betting & Gaming.
